From the streets of Saigon comes this refreshing summer salad. We’ve partnered with Tran and Hanh from PoppySmack. Using recipes passed down to them over the generations they’ve created the legendary Vietnamese dipping sauce,Nước Chấm. It’s a universal sauce, like ketchup. Add it to anything to make it instantly delicious. We’ve also used PoppySmack’s Sambal paste to marinate the beef. It’s got a little kick to it and goes well with fresh salad veg and springy rice noodles.
